I suffer from a medical condition called Fibromyalgia and two years ago I moved into a housing association (L&Q) flat. Since I moved in, I have been disturbed by the loud noise above from my neighbours and my landlord has done nothing about it because the tenants above are private tenants, and not L&Q tenants.

I used to be able to work full time but now I am unable to work due to how much the noise is affecting me and causing my Fibromyalgia flareups to increase.

I have completed a second application form to be able to move to a better sound proofed flat within my landlord’s property portfolio on medical grounds so please pray that it gets approved this time so that I can move for the betterment of my health.
