Sunday Mornings
Sunday mornings at 10:30am is our main service, it's family friendly with a range of kids groups, a relevant bible message and lively upbeat worship. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Church on the Marsh
Church on the Marsh is our church plant in the Marsh Ward area of Lancaster, it runs a Sunday morning service, a Life Group, and various other activities and events throughout the rest of the year.
eden 2.0
Eden 2.0 is our bi-weekly evening service, we spend time in worship and prayer without much of plan, asking God how he would like to speak to us, it's always a powerful time in his presence.
Bay Volunteers
Bay Volunteers is a volunteering project across the whole on the Lancaster District run in partnership with the local NHS ICC, Lancaster City Council, CVS and many others, sign up to get involved as a volunteer.
Alpha
We run regular Alpha courses, keep an eye on the website for the next one. These are a great chance to find out a bit more about the person of Jesus in a safe space where you can ask any questions.
Little Lambs
Little Lambs meets every Monday during term time, 10:30-12. It's a chance to chat to other parents in the local area over a coffee while your little ones run around and play with all the toys, always great fun!
Celebrate Recovery
We seek to help individuals overcome difficulties with overeating, grief, divorce, insecurity, relationships, gambling, control, abuse, alcohol, drugs, overeating, guilt, sexual addiction, lying, perfectionism, and much more.
Students
Your university years can be one of the most spiritually significant times in your Christian life. We actively encourage students to belong to our Life Groups, ministry teams, be mentored by a host family and to fully engage with the CU.
Internationals
Coming to Lancaster from a different country isn't easy, we understand that. We want to help you during your time here in the UK, adjust to Lancaster as a city and give you the opportunity to find out about the person of Jesus.
Hope Youth
We aim to equip and empower young people to reach their full potential by providing them with biblical training, emotional support, a sense of vision and an authentic community. HopeYouth meets on Sunday and mid-week.
Hope Kids
Each Sunday our enthusiastic and dedicated team provide our children with fun, safe and age-appropriate discipleship for life and faith. HopeKids join us for a brief time of worship and then go to their group. Ages 4-10.
Hope Tots
Our tots group is a fun environment for our youngest members to learn to enjoy church and the basics of the Christian faith in a safe environment, ages 18mths - 3yrs We also have a safe play area in the main building for babies.
Adullum
The Adullam Programme is a self-referral, voluntary programme designed for people looking for a second chance at life the tailored and holistic support they need to sustain their recovery, also equipping them with the necessary skills to achieve their hopes and dreams through education and/or employment.
Prayer
We have several prayer meetings throughout the week as well as a dedicated prayer team who can pray with you after the service or during the week. We also have an online prayer room where you can submit prayer requests.
Bulgaria
We have a strong link with a team out in mission team out in Bulgaria that. Every year we send our own team out to help them and support them from back in the UK in a variety of ways.
Men's ministry
Our 'Men of Hope' men's ministry organises walks, men's breakfasts and other events throughout the year. We want to both build community amongst the guys in the church and reach out to others on the edge.
Bible Handling Training
At Hope Church we want to handle the word of God correctly and so want to train you how to study your Bible effectively and avoid some of the pitfalls and misguided approaches that can occur!
