Dear Hope Lancaster,
I have tried to sort the reason out why Amazon misinform me as a customer/business customer,but I don’t know why they aren’t helping and why they are still mistreating me. My business address wants updating but it says in my account that I need to contact customer service to get it updated only to be told by them that they can’t update addresses! Which is ridiculous. I have had other similar problems with Amazon. I hope your prayers will truly help.
