Hope Church began life in 1981 as Lancaster Free Methodist Church and on Sunday 20th May 2018, Pentecost Sunday, became Hope Church Lancaster.  The name change reflects the direction in which we feel led and communicates what we seek to bring to our city.      In a world where everyone is scared of the future, climate change, mental health, the political situation, we want to say we are unafriad.  There is hope for the future.  There is hope for change.  There is hope for something more.
